Instructor Training

MSSC will offer CLT instructor Training on a monthly basis at the TCC Ops Center. As noted on the calendar below, the deadline for registration is two weeks prior to the start date of the class.

MSSC requires CLA and CLT certification for instructors wishing to teach each respective course. Instructors are required to take the assessments within 90 days of completing their training at a cost of $150 ($60 registration fee and $45 per assessment). However, if the instructor wishes to take the assessments at the TCC Ops Center the week of their instructor training, the registration and assessment fees will be waived.

Instructor Training includes

2-day intensive training session with MSSC Master Trainer
Instructor’s package
Hands-on Computer Based Training (CBT) instruction
Registration and Assessments fees for CLA and CLT (fees are waived, if assessments are taken during training)
Certificate of Completion

Instructor Package includes

Unlimited access to CBT (with online training available)
PDF and hard copy versions of textbooks
3 supplemental textbooks
PowerPoint presentations for each chapter
Sample exercises

NOTE: We strongly recommend that MSSC courses be taught by MSSC Authorized Instructors. However, courses can be purchased if an organization has purchased only the MSSC Instructor Package. MSSC courses may NOT be purchased without the sale of at least one Instructor Package.
