Each of our projects includes a project manager who attends to continuous quality management, monitoring internal quality and client satisfaction as the project progresses. Quality metrics are established at project outset, and used to measure performance during the project. Project post-mortem meetings are used to measure success and to feed information to our continuous improvement process.
